Why should I make a Will?

FAQ Wills - Making a Will

To ensure that your wishes of how your Assets are distributed are carried out, it is advisable to make a Will.

Otherwise, you leave it to chance and have your assets being distributed in accordance with the Intestate Succession Act or in accordance with law of the country in which you were domiciled at the time of your demise (death).
